Anyone looking forward to the game?

Im looking forward to it personallly, though i think they should created a new franchise with this plot, but they ruined the whole blue blur thing. it used to be a fast platformer, god knows what it is now.

Have you seen the video footage?
It's Blue Blur all the way, apart from the night stages which look like an awesome platform mechanic, similar to Jak 3.
And the day stages are old school, with an over the shoulder camera in there as well. It's not too complicated, most stages can be beaten (day) by holding right (sideays) or up (over the shoulder) and jumping when neccessary.
It looks Hawt. Honest

it upsets me that they've changed the whole sonic perspective it was good the way it was but now they've turned him into some sort of weird werewolf

Seriously, the Werewolf Part looks awesome, and there's more day stages than night anyway.
I SO WANT THIS GAME

it makes me think sega is trying to go horror. i mean sonic used to be a kids game. if it is changing does that mean we are the sonic generation?

It isn't horror.
Let me tell you what happens. Sonic is super atm. Eggman takes super power. Making werewolf sonic.
Same enimies just instead of jumping on the heads you hit 'em instead.
Night isn't exactly "horror"

They sold the whole sonic franchise out when they gave shadow guns.

They didn't sell out sonic, they sold out shadow.
But sonic did have a poor voice actor...
BUT!
It seems Sonic team isn't half-attempting this game.
It actually looks PRETTY!
And seems to play amazingly.

i thought when i get my wii this will be the first game i get
even doe people dont like the idea of were hog i think its the best thing to happen to sonic

I don't think it's the best thing, but it's an interesting take.

A new series of games, as in a new character.

They could of made a new series of games with a brand new character and done this.

you cant replace sonic

He's not talking about a replacement for sonic, a new character to turn into a werewolf instead of sonic.
But would this new character still be fast?

I'm not getting the stupid wii version, I'm hopefully getting it for 360.
But I have so many games on my christmas list I have no idea what I'm getting lol

i going to get the wii version because i am sick of playing the ps2 it gets so boring after a while

NEWS FLASH!
360 (PS3) and Wii versions are completely different.
Wii version is like 30% sonic, 70% werehog, no world hub, (i.e, no exploration) and fewer levels.
However PS3 and 360 versions are 50-50, world hub and more levels.

Diss (the maker of the wii version) screwed that up.
HOWEVER IT LOOKS AMAZING!!!!
