They do. In Shonen programs (programs for young boys around 12-18) they have swears.
E.G When Naruto yells beleive it and stuff he sticks his middle finger up at someone, but in the english version they make him hold a Shuriken.

It's not any different, it's just uncut because 4kids and funimation are too tight about that stuff. I think it was 4kids who redubbed Naruto for England but I can't quite remember, I may have to make a Naruto discussion thread. And an Anime Board
